Bikes can be delivered to one address or staggered across several, mixed across e-bikes, hybrids, road bikes, children's bikes and child seats, and guided in smaller sub-groups where numbers call for it. All bookings need a minimum of 5 hours' notice so the bikes can be prepared and delivered. If you need bikes within the next 24 hours, please send your request by email rather than WhatsApp, so availability can be checked and confirmed in writing. For larger groups and corporate bookings, more notice is better - 5 to 7 days lets us reserve the right mix of bikes and the right number of guides.

We provide printed, guest-facing information to keep at your property. When a guest wishes to book, you simply give us a call to book a number of bikes and let us know the ages and heights of the guests. If the guest has a problem during their ride, they can call us, not you.

Addison Lee provides live tracking information for you and your guests to monitor the progress of the delivery. If guests are not ready when bikes arrive, they can be locked in a designated location close to the hotel.

The Questions Your Team Will Actually Ask
Everything you need to recommend us comfortably - scripted, so there's nothing to memorise.
We provide a small printed placard, with your hotel's own branding (rather than ours), stating that bikes are available for hire. If a guest expresses interest, the concierge simply calls or WhatsApps us to complete the booking.
Yes. A call before 10am and we can deliver that same morning, subject to availability. For groups or guided tours, a little more notice helps us assign the right guide.
Every hire includes a direct support line for the full duration. Puncture, mechanical issue, or a wrong turn - your guest reaches us directly, not your front desk. Fulfilment and guest care are entirely our responsibility.
Your relationship with your guests belongs to you, and our intention is to make the service appear as if it were provided by your hotel. We treat payment in the same way - we bill the hotel with 28 day payment terms, allowing you to arrange payment with guests at the desk or upon check-out.
